It is equally important to look for the perfect fit of the candidates with the specific culture of the client company, especially the management team and the owners.

My cross-industry approach allows for creative solutions off the traditional paths. At the same time it broadens the pool of potential candidates, because I accurately distinguish between client companies and “hunting grounds”.
